Silk Road Bank Appoints New CEO

Silk Road Bank has appointed Archil Lursmanashvili as a new director-general to replace Eli Enoch. The Silk Road Bank’s board of directors consists of 3 members.

The CEO has two assistants – financial director Natia Merabishvili and risks director Giorgi Ghibradze.

The bank’s net profits in January-June 2021 amounted to GEL 227,000. 99.9% stake of the bank is owned by Malta-incorporated Silk Road Group Holding, whose major beneficiary is stakeholder Giorgi Ramishvili (61.9%). Aleksi Topuria holds 28.58% and David Borger - 9,52%.
