Retail Group Georgia Postponed Opening of 10 New Stores Until Next Year

Retail Group Georgia has postponed the opening of about ten stores scheduled for 2021 this year.

As the director of the company told "Business Partner", very important projects were temporarily suspended.

"I can not name specific brands that will enter Georgia next year. However, I will say that we are talking about very famous clothing and cosmetics brands. Pausing these projects, of course, means we will not be able to create new jobs. We are not helping the market in this direction against the background of a pandemic and we are trying to retain employees," - said the director of "Retail Group Georgia".

According to Rezo Magalashvili, the company is working at zero profit at this stage. However, they hope to be able to return to the old mark by 2021.
