Radisson Brand Hotel to Open in Tbilisi in 2023

By 2023, the investment company Block Group in Tbilisi plans to open a hotel of the international brand Radisson with an investment of $25 million.

Currently, construction works are underway. According to the head of hospitality department, Elene Otarashvili, 160 people are planned to be employed in the 200-room international brand hotel.




"Block Group has big and interesting plans for the hospitality sector. An important project of the company is the 200-room international brand hotel Radisson, which will be located on Chanturia Street, near Alexandrovi Garden.

The modern design of the building, the maximum green facade, and the surrounding area combine organically with the best tourist area.

We have a management contract with the international brand and of course, we will launch a project according to Radisson's guidelines. I think we will create a hotel with quite an interesting concept.", noted Elene Otarashvili.




Radisson has many sub-brands, however, the signature of this particular hotel will be of Scandinavian lifestyle and design.

"This means balance and harmony in everything. The multifunctional environment of our hotel, the sophisticated design of the rooms, the concept restaurants, the best service, and comfort will be the preconditions for the project.", said Elene Otarashvili.
