Qve Space - New Concept Restaurant in Racha

The first concept restaurant Qve Space will be opened in a few months on the territory of the Wine Space Hotel in Racha, in the village of Sadmeli.

According to-the founder of the hotel, Mariam Margiani, the restaurant will offer customers Georgian traditional cuisine with European elements, and this will be a novelty for the Racha region, which may motivate locals to open similar spaces more actively.

"We were supposed to finish the construction of the restaurant in May, but due to certain circumstances, the opening date was postponed. In a few months, we will be ready to host guests. We have had restaurant services in the hotel before, however, this will be a separate space, more different and sophisticated.

As for the dishes, there will be more modern, traditional Georgian cuisine with European elements. We made this decision primarily because there are almost no food establishments in Racha, so our restaurant will be really a novelty, which is also very useful for the region, this may motivate other locals to open different and modern food establishments in Racha more actively."
