Public Broadcaster put Real Estate up for Auction at an Updated Price

The Public Broadcaster put the owned real estate up for auction at an updated price. The building of the First Channel at 68 Kostava Street will be sold at auction for $ 24,059,832 (equivalent in GEL).

The building for sale is located in the city center (cadastral code: 01.14.14.009.052), the land area is 33,209 sq.m., the buildings are 23,649 sq.m., has a high construction coefficient and the possibility of multi-profile development.

The Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau estimated the land and buildings at 68 Kostava Street at USD 24,059,832 (equivalent in GEL) and the property was put up for auction at that price.

The property is sold through an electronic auction of the Service Agency of the Ministry of Finance, the information is posted at the following address.

Interested parties will be able to participate in the auction until June 4,18:00.

At the same time, the construction of a new building of the First Channel of Georgia, the architectural project of which was selected by the society, is actively underway on Politkovskaya Street.
