Project of Villa Godoli to Complete in 2024

The high-class hotel Villa Godoli located in Kakheti will be able to receive visitors in 2022. 

According to the head of the project, Giorgi Kochladze, the hotel with 56 rooms will be opened in the village Ruispiri, in the region of Telavi. The total amount of investment reaches 40 million GEL. 

Vineyards are cultivated on 3 ha of the hotel area. According to him, the construction of the hotel is currently underway, but due to the pandemic, it is proceeding at a slow pace.

The project is planned in two stages. In particular, the company "Villa Godoli" is building high-class villas in the same area. Its construction will be the second stage of the project. According to Giorgi Kochladze, the construction of 25 villas will start in 2023. The project will be completed in 2024. 

As for the cost of the villas, it will be determined after the redesign.

The hotel "Villa Godol"'s target audience will be both local and foreign tourists.
