Production of Silicon Metal Starts in Hualing Kutaisi FIZ

Production of silicon metal will start this year in the Hualing Kutaisi FIZ.

According to the executive director of Free Industrial Zone, Soso Nibladze, silicon metal belongs to the group of ferroalloys. The factory is ready and the manufactured products will be exported to the markets.

The amount of investment is about $5 million.

The term of operation of the industrial zone on the territory of Kutaisi Automobile Factory is 30 years.
