Phubber Registered as Joint Stock Company – Who Are New Investors?!
"Phubber has been registered as a joint-stock company”. The Application co-founder Giorgi Chugoshvili published a brief post on his Facebook page.
As Chugoshvili told BM.GE, the decision was made to easier issue shares and to attract investors.
As for the new investors, the co-founder of Phubber abstains to name them.
“We will divulge the new investors in the first half of September after negotiations and registration of shares have been finished”, Giorgi Chugoshvili noted.
At this stage, Phubber is closing the first round of funding and this opportunity they obtained after they won the World Cup - Black Sea & Beyond Regional Competition, he said.
“We will use this investment for enhancement of the development team, first. We will add a new function to adjust the application to bigger markets and meet the new year ready for entering international markets”, Chugoshvili said.
