Phase IV of Krtsanisi Resort Residence to Build with Support of TBC

Phase IV of the new space of the residential complex - "Krtsanisi Villa Residence" - "Krtsanisi Resort Residence" is being built with the support of TBC.

TBC's total funding for Krtsanisi Villa Residence is $21.5 million, and for Krtsanisi Resort Residence Phase IV - $5 million.

Innovative project - Krtsanisi Resort Residence, together with the residential complex, includes educational, sports, and entertainment infrastructure. 70% of the district consists of a recreational area. Movement within the residential complex will be possible only by golf carts, pedestrians, and bicycles. Arrangement of a 1-hectare square in the area has already been completed.

The construction works of the IV phase of Krtsanisi Resort Residence are carried out by Domus Constructions.

"Despite the crisis, we maintained to implement several projects for the development sector as much as possible. We are glad that with the support of TBC, a number of new initiatives have been planned in parallel with the ongoing projects. An example of this is the multifunctional district of Krtsanisi Resort Residence, in the form of which a completely different concept space will appear in the city.", Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, general director of TBC noted.
