New Office Space VAKE PLAZA to Open up to 2021

Multifunctional VAKE PLAZA will open on Chavchavadze Avenue N72 in Tbilisi by the end of 2020.

As the project director Rusudan Chergoleishvili told Business Partner, the construction works proceed to a final stage and the works will be finished in the near future. The new complex will lease both office spaces and host unofficial meetings. The project’s investment value is $20,000.

The 11-storied complex will cover 22,000 square meters. The complex will also have a special underground parking space on 4 floors, on 11,000 square meters. Private companies show much interest. The leasing price per square meter in the complex is $22. Reportedly, several years ago, the former Defense Minister David Kezerashvili was one of the partners of the building.
