Multifunctional Hub to Arrange in Kutaisi

Within the frameworks of the USAID Economic Security Program and the National Agency for State Property, a multifunctional hub will be set up in Kutaisi on 7 hectares of the territory. The project is implemented by Cushman & Wakefield Georgia, which has already developed a concept and development plan for a 7-hectare area on Lado Asatiani Street.

100-room hotel, a residential complex, a food hall, a shopping center, and a working space will be arranged on-site.
