Multifunctional Complex Underway in Tabakhmela

"York Towers" will build the multifunctional complex in Tabakhmela. 

Tbilisi City Hall considers it possible to develop the facility according to the submitted sketch, which will be possible only after the agreement on the relevant construction document and the issuance of a construction permit.

York Towers plans to arrange a public center on its 6,300 sq. m of the territory, which will include a market, cafe, and fast food restaurant.           

The project also envisages constructing a sports field and outdoor swimming pool. 

With a $1 million investment, premium class villas, apartments, houses, a spa center, a sports field, and a complex are being built in Tabakhmela.
