Multifunctional Complex in Vake Waiting for Construction Approval from Tbilisi City Hall

The project of building a multifunctional complex is planned on the territory of old "College town" in Vake. Currently, the authors of the project wait for construction approval from Tbilisi City Hall.

As Iveri Chalidze mentioned, it is difficult to say the exact starting and finishing dates of construction, since they are in the process of correcting the gaps in the project.

According to him, the project may be changed.

"We are working, it will be revealed in the working process, what kind of changes should we apply to the project."

As for the project, space will include the whole territory from Chavchavadze Avenue to Mikeladze Street, which also creates not only public places and service facilities, but also connects Chavchavadze Avenue and its North part to each other with the footway.

Additionally, road construction is planned between Chavchavadze Avenue and Mikeladze Street. 

The multifunctional project involves the necessary ancillary functions for residential, hotel, commercial, public gathering, entertainment, sport, and recreation.
