Mukhati Cellar Plans to Build a Wine Factory and Tourist Facility in Kvemo Kartli

"Mukhati Cellar" is the facility's name in Kvemo Kartli. Currently, the company owns vineyards, however, it plans to build a wine factory and set up a tourist facility in the near future.

The project envisages the arrangement of a one-story eco-friendly hotel, which is expected to host vacationers from next year. The winery, the construction of which has already started, will be launched next year and it will combine the cellar,  the fermentation space, the restaurant, and the seminar space in addition to the production line. In addition, "Mukhati Cellar" will arrange a wine laboratory.

As for the vintage, "Mukhati Cellar" will harvest the first crop of 8 hectares of vineyards in 2023.

The project's author is Bondo Davitashvili, who further noted that after the first harvest, "Mukhati Cellar" will start producing white, aged red wines, champagne and Chacha.

The total amount of the project will be more than 4 million GEL.
