Mountain City Pantiani - New Holiday Resort to Arrange Near Tbilisi

The multifunctional hotel, residential and sanative complex will be arranged in 4 kilometers from Betania, near Tbilisi. Ltd Pantiani plans to transform the area which is up to 1 hectares. Pantiani Mountain Resort will include a forest, hotel, cottages, wine cellar, spa, and the first Nepal coffee factory in Georgia.

"Pantiani is a mix of deciduous and coniferous trees, and the microclimatic zone of Kvemo Kartli distinguishes this place from others which also are located near Tbilisi.

The 12-room hotel and 13 cottages will be built on the territory. Apart from them, the spa center will start functioning. As for the coffee factory, this will be the only place where Nepalese coffee will be distributed and roasted. The wine cellar will present regional unique varieties of wine. The children's entertainment center will also be arranged. 2 restaurants will be built in "Pantiani", the main one will be in the administrative building and the second one will be open-air, arranged on the terrace.", defines Beka Biashvili.

Completion of the project is planned for the beginning of summer 2020. The project is launched with Georgian investments, which the founder retains from talking about the number of funds.
