Mini Town to Open in Tskaltubo in July 2021
Asal Insaat, the investor company, was to finish the project implementation in June 2020, but the company applied to Tskaltubo City Hall for extending the timeframes.
Consequently, the municipality has extended the project completion deadline for a year, Levan Chakvetadze, head of the space arrangement and architecture department of Tskaltubo Municipality told Business Partner TV Program.
The investor asked for extending the deadline because of certain financial problems and the pandemic challenges, Chakvetadze said.
Asal Insaat investors will visit Georgia soon and the construction works will be resumed, the company representative Kakha Babunashvili noted.
A mini town will be constructed with all the required infrastructure on the territory of Zemo Meskheti.
The project’s investment value is 4 million USD. At this stage, only two residential blocks of 10 ones have been put into exploitation.
