Mgzavrebi District in Saguramo - New Project with $10 Million Investment

District of Mgzavrebi will be arranged in Saguramo, 20 minutes away from Tbilisi.

The project is implemented by hotel chain Mgzavrebi and furniture manufacturer company "HomeMade".

The total amount of investment is $10 million.

Madeleine Manusachiani, Deputy Director of "Mgzavrebi", says that the project includes 5 hectares of the protected area, where 140 private houses, restaurants, 2 swimming pools will be arranged, one of which is a children's playground, a football and basketball court, a tennis court, etc.

"It takes about 5 months to build the houses, and the project will be completed in 2 years." noted the Deputy Director.
