Mamuka Tsotseria: Zugdidi Mall will Receive Visitors by the End of 2022

According to information provided by the Mayor of Zugdidi Municipality Mamuka Tsotseria, "Zugdidi Mall" will be opened by the end of the year. Construction works are currently underway.

Investors are negotiating with various brands in the Georgian trade sector. The total investment in the project is 6 million USD.

The trading center will be the first facility of international standards in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, which will combine a hypermarket, food outlets, and branded stores for various purposes.

Cushman & Wakefield Georgia and Blocks worked together on the concept of the project.
