Mamuka Skhiladze Appointed as the first Georgian CFO of AGL
Mamuka Skhiladze has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Adjaristsqali Georgia LLC. He has taken over from Anand Solanki (Tata Power), former CFO of AGL. With the intention of the investors of the company.
to appoint Georgian professionals at Key positions today, 98% of the company’s employees are Georgian citizens.
Mamuka has a long and successful career in the Georgian energy sector. Before joining AGL, he held the position as Director of Finance and Management Board member at the Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE).
Mamuka fetches with him valuable experience from international and local leading companies such as Deloitte & Touche Tomatsu, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Geocell, Bank of Georgia, and Tegeta Motors.
