M2 Plans to Build a 5-star Hotel in Zugdidi

Company M2 plans to build a 5-star hotel in Zugdidi.

According to the Mayor of Zugdidi Municipality, Mamuka Tsotseria, the total amount of investment is $8 million. The hotel will have 120 rooms.

The construction permit was issued in November 2021, and the project implementation period was set at 30 months.
