Luca Polare is Building the First Gelato Factory in Georgia

With the support of TBC, Luca Polare plans to build a large factory equipped with new Italian and German equipment, where they produce more flavors and quantities of ice cream in the gelato line.

"With the support of TBC, we have already purchased the land to build the first gelato factory in Georgia, at this stage the planning of the construction is underway. It will be a building of approximately 1,500 square meters, which will take 2 years to build and operate, and which will meet the increased demand. The company will employ professionals who are in this field themselves. We prepare it on the spot," says Ratiel Makharadze, director of Luca Polare's ice cream cafe.

Currently, Luca Polare offers its customers more than 100 products in 20 branches in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kobuleti and Rustavi. In addition to gelato made with Italian technology, natural milk, and fruit, including vegan, gluten-free and diabetic gelato, customers can also enjoy a wide variety of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh, salads, sandwiches, and cookies in the cozy and comfortable space of the cafe.

In parallel with planning the construction of a new enterprise, the founders are also working on the future franchising plan of Luca Polare.
