Loladzeebi's Farm Plans to Produce Mexican Tortillas

Loladzeebi's Farm plans to launch a culinary production line for Mexican cuisine. As one of the founders of the company, Lasha Loladze noted with Commersant, in 2021, Loladzeebi's Farm plans to process black corn, from which Tortilla is made.

According to Lasha Loladze, they started producing black corn last year.

"Tortila will be used and sold both in the company-owned hotel "Hereti" and in the restaurant, as well as in various Mexican restaurants.", noted Lasha Loladze.

He also mentioned that they plan to introduce a Tortilla toaster for Mexican dishes.

Loladzeebi's Farm has been producing exotic agricultural products on Georgian market for 6 years, including mini kiwi, Pepino, ocher, kiwano, physalis, and black corn. After technological processing of seed fruits imported from abroad, various products of the farm, grown in Lagodekhi are sold in large supermarkets.
