Kindzmarauli Wine Village to Receive Guests from 2022

KTW started to launch a project in Kindzmarauli.

"Preparatory works for starting construction have been completed. Due to the project concept, it became necessary to connect directly to the central road of the village. We used this period for just that. We will follow the rest according to the plan.”, noted Zurab Chkhaidze, the founder and general director of KTW.

"Kindzmarauli Wine Village is a joint project by KTW's child company - KTW Development and well-known french architectural company BPM Architects.

The initial amount of the investment is 30 million GEL, which will be followed by additional 20 million GEL.

The project involves tourist attractions, wine stores, sport, and entertainment facilities. A vineyard of unique Georgian varieties has already been planted on the territory and a chateau will be arranged here. The business hub "Business Lounge" will be located in the area with various types of "co-working" and conference spaces will be arranged.
