Kanda Agriculture to Expand its Business

Kanda Agriculture will plant almond trees on 100 hectares in partnership with the Bank of Georgia.

Along with the almond orchards, the project will combine cherry, apricot, apple, peach, and plum orchards. 15 people are involved in the activity, and an additional 50 locals will be employed seasonally.

The total amount of the investment is 11 million GEL.

"In the future, we plan to expand the business and, with the support of our partner, the Bank of Georgia, develop it within the frameworks of tourism and hospitality sector.", noted Tamar Berulava, Kanda Agriculture's Business Project Manager.
