Kakheti Region Hotels Record Major Load

Kakheti Region remains a leader in terms of hotel load. According to TBC Capital indicators, January’s load marked 3% in seaside hotels, 3% in Tbilisi, and 12% in Kakheti Region.

The highest load in other regions constituted 15%. Under the survey, as compared to the previous week, the weekend load increased in Kakheti Region, decreased in Tbilisi and seaside hotels, while no changes were recorded in other regions.

According to the existing bookings, in December the biggest discounts were recorded in hotels of other regions. Tbilisi and Kakheti-based hotels also lowered prices. Comparatively lower discounts were fixed at seaside hotels.
