JIANO BAGS offers handmade bags of leather or imitation leather and the internal part is made of wooden material, JIANO Bags founder Ani Rekhviashvili noted.

Ani Rekhviashvili founded the brand 18 months ago by personal financial resources, together with her spouse.

The design solutions are provided by Ani herself. At this stage, the company employs 7 persons. JIANO BAGS renews the collection from time to time and sells products in digital space. As for prices, bags of imitation leather are sold from GEL 250, while bags of natural leather go for GEL 650-1,200.

Besides the domestic market, bags penetrate the foreign markers too through the so-called buyers and are sold in such countries as Germany, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, and so on. As for the pandemic effect, certain problems arose in terms of supply to foreign markets for a certain period, Ani Rekhviashvili noted. ‘We were receiving orders, but there were certain problems with delivery”, she noted. As for future plans, the company plans to arrange the so-called showrooms in Georgia and expand the network of buyers for foreign markets, Ani Rekhviashvili noted.
