Hualing Builds Premium-Class Villas on Tbilisi Sea
„Hualing International Special Economic Zone" plans to build premium-class villas on the territory of Tbilisi Sea.
The facility will include a multi-functional room and gym, the rest of the rooms will be arranged on three floors of the building.
In total, 51 villas will be built. According to the development regulation plan, the project area has been divided into separate land plots.
Each building will have three floors, with a basement and terrace on the third floor. The project will be completed in the August of 2021.
