How United Information Platform of Technical Inspection will Work
The Georgian Economy Ministry has initiated creating a new united information platform for periodical technical inspection. The platform has launched an operation in a test regime.
Together with representatives of technical inspection centers, several nongovernmental organizations, representatives of the Parliament of Georgia, accreditation centers, and Land Transport Agency have attended the presentation of the platform.
“This was a positive meeting. We have introduced a united information platform for technical inspection centers, developed by the Accreditation Center of the Economy Ministry. Interesting directions were outlined in the platform presentation process. Certain considerations were expressed regarding the reformation process. These considerations will be analyzed in the working process”, Deputy Economy Minister Genadi Arveladze noted.
The united electronic program of periodical technical inspection enables to successfully implement the reforms and collect full information into one space, he said.
“The IT platform enables to create a united database. The program also enables to provide various reports and monitoring. This is of crucial importance to improve the reformation process and make it more successful, to have more mechanisms of execution and self-monitoring”, Arveladze noted.
