Hotel to Arrange in Building with Status of Historical Monument

Construction works of the hotel in the historical district are underway. Building of 38-rooms hotel will be finished this year. 

The hotel will be arranged in the building, which had the status of a historical monument. 

Which enjoyed the status of historical-architectural monuments. The house was one of the most distinctive buildings on the street.

Currently, the building is being rehabilitated, demolished and the facade and wooden balcony details are being built with the same technology. 

A restaurant will be located on the first floor of the building, a cellar and a terrace will be located on the ground floor. There are three rooms on the second floor with the rehabilitation project. Arrangement of three rooms is also planned on the third floor.
