Hotel Qvevrebi Set to Expand in 2024
Hotel Qvevrebi is gearing up for an expansion in 2024, according to its founder, Giorgi Rochikashvili, who shared the news with "Business Partner".
Currently, the hotel boasts a three-story building with 17 rooms. The property also features 20 pitchers, a number they plan to augment next year.
"At present, we can accommodate up to 80 guests," Rochikashvili stated. "But our vision for next year is to expand our facilities to approximately 100 rooms. We also have plans to introduce a spa and an indoor pool."
Rochikashvili emphasized that their unique offerings have garnered positive feedback from both local and international guests. The experience of staying in a Kvevari-styled room is distinctive, resulting in higher demand for these rooms.
Interestingly, the majority of the hotel's clientele are locals.
On the same premises, the hotel produces wine which is marketed locally. As of now, they are not considering exports.
