Hotel Matiani to Receive Guests by the End of 2022

One of the most luxurious hotels in Kakheti, Matiani will be able to receive guests by the end of 2022.

It was planned to open a hotel in 2021, however, the pandemic hindered the project.

According to the head of the company "Villa Godoli", Giorgi Qochladze, a 55-room hotel will be opened in the village of Ruispiri, Telavi district. Vineyards are cultivated on 3 ha of the hotel area.

Apart from the hotel, the project envisages building 25 villas on-site, construction works of which will start in 2023.

The company "Spectrum" worked on the design and facade of the hotel and used the modern interpretation of the ethnic style. The materials selected are typical for the region, both historical and modern, in particular, the tower is covered with cobblestones, and vertical and horizontal brick inserts are used as details.

About $30 million will be invested in the project.
