Hotel Labau to Host its Guests in Summer 2023

Hotel chain Mgzavrebi's brand "Labau" will receive its first guests in the summer of 2023.

As Madlena Manusachiani, deputy director of Mgzavrebi mentioned, the construction of the hotel will be completed at the end of March 2023, and the hotel will be opened by the summer.

Labau will have 125 high-class rooms, along with three hectares of the protected area, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness and spa center, as well as sports and children's playgrounds.

The venue also includes restaurants and a cafe with terrace, open and closed parking lots, conference hall, recreation area, administration, and 24-hour security service.

The total amount of investment is 5 million dollars.
