Helios Energy: There is 15-20% Drop in Solar Panel Prices

Tornike Darjania, the founder of the company "Helios energy", notes that the prices of solar panels on the international market decreased by about 15-20%.

According to him, the decrease in prices is related to the increased production of silicon in Asian countries.

"There is a high demand for solar panels in Europe. High demand has forced Asian countries to increase production, especially for silicon. In China, due to this, the production of silicon has increased so much that the prices of solar panels have decreased by 15-20%, this is welcome. Cheap solar panels will be another incentive to create a good situation for investment in solar power plants," says the founder of "Helios energy" at Bm.ge.

As for the prices of "Helios energy" directly, the cost of a kilowatt power panel in the company varies between $550-$750. According to Tornike Darjania, conditionally, in the case of placing $550, the investment payback period is about 4.5 years. The warranty period offered by the company is more than 10 years.
