Gumbati Residence to Receive First Visitors in 2023
In Kvariati, the development company "Gumbati Group" will open an apartment complex Gumbati Residence in December 2023. The total price for the investment of the project amounts to $10 million.
The facility will have 12 floors and 103 apartments of different sizes, well-appointed beach, lounge, restaurant, volleyball court, open-air cinema, casino, green yard, bungalow and outdoor pool. The project also includes a private, 2-storey underground car park.
About 54% of the apartments have already been sold.According to the company, mainly foreigners express interest in purchasing flats within the project. However, there is also a localsegment that is trying to invest money in a real estate.
"We will have a rental service, which means that a person will receive income from renting apartments. Apartments from the 3rd to the 7th floor are intended for investment, and residential facilities start from the 8th floor.", the company said.
