Greenhouse Business to Expand in Kaspi
2 greenhouses of vegetables were built in the village of Khovle, in the region of Kaspi, with the support of Bank of Georgia.
Within the frameworks of the project, a bore-hole was also built. The entrepreneur produces vegetables in the greenhouse seasonally (Tomatoes in summer, herbs in winter), which will be mainly sold in supermarkets and stores of Tbilisi.

Currently, the greenhouse business was expanded in the village of Khovle, in Kaspi with the help of our financial assistance. We are always ready to encourage such initiatives, which are aimedat the development of economy.", declared Merab Akhvlediani, Director of Mortgage and Consumer Lending Department at Bank of Georgia.
The greenhouse has been operating since 2018. The total investment of the project is 27,000 GEL. Bank of Georgia allocated 20,000 GEL. Currently, greenhouse employes 5 people.
