Green Energy Implements Project of Largest Solar Power Plant in Georgia
The company 'Green Energy' will put into operation a 1.1 MW solar power plant in the near future.
The plant is now under construction in Kaspi municipality. Up to 2,000 solar panels, installed on an area of 1.6 hectares, will generate 1,400,000 kWh of electricity annually. The installation of part of the panels has already been completed. The total amount of investment is $ 610,000.
The generated renewable electricity is supplied to plastic and energy-efficient ceramic brick enterprises.
Green Energy has been designing and building private and industrial solar power plants since 2017. The company has installed commercial and household solar power plants with a capacity of up to 5 MW in Georgia. Green Energy also operates in Azerbaijan, where it has built solar power plants with a capacity of up to 25 megawatts.
