Grand Kakheti Plans to Produce Pasta for Kids

Georgian pasta production company "Grand Kakheti" plans to start production of pasta intended for kids.

According to the director of the company, Paata Mamisashvili, the product will have children's figures on its packaging and will be sold in a 400-gram package. The calculation process is currently underway. An additional 30,000 GEL was invested to launch this production line.

"Grand Kakheti" produces 5 types of products - pasta and vermicelli. The product has been sold on the local market for more than 1 year under the brand "Makaroni Kartuli". The production of the company is 6 tons per 24 hours. It is also planned to start the production of spaghetti.

Currently, the company holds negotiating with Armenia regarding export.
