Girchevnia Company to Introduce Pine Flower Tea and Pinecone Syrup

Girchevnia Company, the manufacturer of natural Georgian products, plans to introduce pine flower tea and pinecone syrup in November 2020. The company launched the production of healthcare products in 2013.

Pinecone marmalade, honey, pine chewing gum, and pine flower dust are sold in both networks and specialized agriculture markets. The company collects raw materials in Borjomi and Racha in spring and early summer. On the season the company employs 12-15 persons, while 4-5 citizens work in the production process. “Besides taste properties, Girchevnia products reveal unique healing-preventive characteristics. Similar products were previously sold in Surami, Abastumani, or Borjomi.

We have narrowed this distance. We keep constant feedback with our customers. The latest survey has shown that parents had to persuade children to have pinecone marmalades. Thereforeб we decided to produce pinecone syrup. We also plan to introduce pine flower tea in November”, Girchevnia founder Goga Tsitskishvili noted. The company was founded in 2013. It participates in the Enterprise Georgia grant competition and hopes to win the grant. In the future, the company plans to launch exports.
