Gino Holding Launches Project of Gino Grand Melikishvili

Gino Holding started the construction works of the hotel-residential complex - Gino Grand Melikishvili, which will be completed in 2022.

The Architectural Forum reported that the project received permission on December 15 and that construction will soon enter an active phase.

The complex unites 70-75 residential apartments. After finishing the project, 70-100 people will be employed. The multifunctional building will have the conception of Gino Velne.
