Georgian handbag manufacturing company Gepherrini to Launch New Enterprise and Women Clothing Line will start building a new plant and women's clothing line in 6 months.

As the company founder Ilia Geperidze told Business Partner, the pandemic has affected Gepherrini too and the company had to reschedule many plans for 2022.

The new enterprise and line will make focus on medium- and low-price segments. The project’s investment value is GEL 5 million. The project calls for building and equipping a new plant and arranging a new production line, he said. “Negotiations are underway with international investment companies to launch the project implementation.

The new plant will be built on 3,000-square-meter space, where the company will translocation all the current lines”, Geperidze said. Founded in 2014, Gepherrini produces travel bags, leather belts, and wallets, besides handbags for women, men, and children.
