Georgian Nectar Plans to Increase Juice Exports by 30% in 2020
We plan to increase juice exports by 30% in 2020, Georgian Nectar exports manager Nata Davitaia told BM.GE.
Our plans primarily depend on the global trends. Amid the pandemic our partners have postponed their orders, Nata Davitaia noted.
“COVID-19 has not essentially affected our output and exports indicators. Only Cyprus, Britain and Norway postponed their orders because of the pandemic, however, we have already resumed partnership.
We sent the first consignment to Bahrain in 2019 and to Kuwait in January2020.
We plan to expand markets in Europe too. We have sent the test consignment to Germany, in the HoReCa segments and we are waiting for their response.
On the whole, we plan to increase our export by 30% in 2020. Furthermore, as for June 4, the turnover has increased year on year”, Nata Davitaia noted and added that negotiations are underway in several other directions.
