Georgian Healthcare Group Removed from London Stock Exchange

Georgian Healthcare Group has been removed from the London Stock Exchange. According to its official website, this decision was made by the company on July 8, although it came into force on August 5, 2020.

As it becomes known to BMG, GHG became a private company and its shares were redeemed by Georgia Capital, which previously owned a 70.6% stake in Georgian Healthcare Group.

Georgia Capital has made a special offer to GHG shareholders, according to which GHG shareholders will receive 1 share of Georgia Capital for every 5 shares.

The deadline for the exchange of shares was June 30, 2020.
