Georgian Brand Luca Polare Sells Franchisee on International Market
Luka Polare plans to enter the international market and holds negotiations on selling franchisee with Azerbaijan, Armenia, and countries of western Europe.
As Ani Tsitskishvili - head of PR and marketing defines, the price of the franchisee is fixed on the country and franchisee has dissimilar prices in different countries.
According to Azerbaijan, the initial franchise fee is $10,000. Then, the interested party in one cafe will pay $5,000. The full investment price for 2 years amounts from $300,000 to $4500,000, which Azerbaijan must spend in producing and 4 cafes, which will be opened in the country.
"We seek the partner, with whom we will have long-term and profitable collaboration. Partner must keep the reputation of the brand - Luka Polare and operate it according to the standards. Also, our partner must have experience in Horeca business. Apart from this, the main duty is to open 4 cafes in our terms."
As she stated, it is also worth mentioning, that the new 18th branch of Luca Polare will be opened in Georgia in 2020. The exact location is not chosen yet, but the decision will be made between Rustavi and Kutaisi. The new branch will create 15 additional workplaces.
