Georgia Ranks 9th in the World in Terms of Cyber Attacks

Georgia ranks 9th in the world in terms of cyber attacks. According to the company "Kaspersky Lab", the cyber attack was carried out on 6.06% of Georgian users.

In Armenia the figure was about 4.95%, in Azerbaijan 4.89%.

For comparison, in the third quarter of 2019, the number of Internet victims in Georgia was almost 10.3%, in Armenia - more than 11.8%, in Azerbaijan - 12.7%.

According to Kaspersky Lab, in July-September 2020, the most Internet users in the world were attacked in Vietnam (8.69%), Bangladesh (7.34%) and Latvia (7.32%).

On average, in the third quarter of 2020, 4.58% of the world's Internet users' computers were subject to Malware-class web attacks at least once.
