Georgia Capital in Restaurant Business – Tekuna Group to Partner with Gachechiladze’s Restaurants

Georgia Capital Holding will cooperate with four restaurants of famous chef Tekuna Gachechiladze.

According to the Group’s annual report, in December 2019 its hospitality business took over a 50% stake in 4 restaurants of Tekuna Gachechiladze.

Total value of the deal is 1.2 million GEL.

In 2019 Georgian Capital carried out several important acquisitions, including Kempinski hotel project, Kazbegi beer brand, Redberry marketing agency, Buckswood school and Green School, British-Georgian Academy, Kartli wind power station, Amboli company, Alaverdi winemaking company, Hydrolea.
