Gantiadi - A New Hotel in Tsemi

The mountain resort "Gantiadi" is a 70-room hotel opened in Tsemi, on the basis of the old children's sanatorium "Gantiadi". The Sanatorium "Gantiadi" functioned from 1973 to 2022. The family invested 5 million GEL in its transformation into a hotel.

According to the general manager of the hotel, Diana Chomakhashvili, The place is especially beneficial for those who suffer from lung problems, and in the resort-type hotel developed with medical services, various types of climatotherapy are performed with the help of specialists. The hotel was launched in test mode in June 2022.

"The cost of a double room in a hotel with a three-course meal starts from 200-250 GEL. The hotel is designed for the middle segment and we are going to operate in this way in the future, however, since we will no longer be in the test mode from 2023, we will increase the prices a little - by 20%. Nevertheless, according to our business concept, the hotel will be targeted at the middle segment." noted Diana Chomakashvili.
