Free Large-Scale Training Program for Women - BTU Launches 500 Women in Tech Project with Partners

500 Women in Technology - Large-scale training project starts in Georgia, presented by BTU together with the project partner organizations.

To strengthen the role of women in technology and increase their involvement, the University of Business and Technology, with the support of the United Nations Women and the Government of Norway, is launching a training program for 500 women across Georgia, along with project support organizations. Training in technology will be provided in several areas. between them are:

Front-end development;
Back-end development;
UI / UX design;
Graphic Design;
Digital marketing;
Testing of digital products;
And so on.

Participants will be selected from Tbilisi as well as from different regions of Georgia: Kakheti, Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti, Adjara, Guria, Samegrelo and Zemo Svaneti.

The training modules will be conducted for both beginners and those who have experience in the field of technology. In the Bootcamp format, participants will receive training in leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, entrepreneurship, business communication and career planning. They will work intensively with individual mentors who will help in career development and finding a suitable job.
