FIABCI - Georgia Prix d'Excellence Awards to Hold in the Region for the First Time

FIABCI Georgia organizes the first national awards for real estate projects in the region - FIABCI - Georgia Prix d'Excellence Awards.

Projects selected according to the internationally recognized criteria by FIABCI will be revealed by leading experts in the field together with local members of the jury from different countries of the world. The winning projects will be selected according to the following 6 criteria. These are concept, architecture, construction process, innovation, sustainability, and urban integration.

Applications are open from October 15th till December 31st. The winners will be revealed in April of 2022 and will participate in FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards.

Along with this, FIABCI-Georgia hosts an international forum on real estate. The event aims to bring together leading players in the real estate sector from more than 20 countries around the world. 

FIABCI-Georgia Prix d’ Excellence takes place in Georgia for the first time. The award ceremony will be held supported by the Bank of Georgia, Galt & Taggart, and Digital Area. 

The partners of the event are Property Georgia, Colliers International Georgia, PwC Georgia, Business Association of Georgia (BAG),  Expo Georgia, and Georgia's National Association of Real Estate (GNARE).
