Farmhouse Korena Plans to Expand the Business

The farmhouse "Korena" located in Imereti, in the village of Gelati, plans to expand the business.

Currently, 12 people can be accommodated in the facility, and in October, a second hotel will be opened on site, which will be able to host additional 12 people. According to Maia Kezevadze, the founder of Agrohouse, the decision to expand was made due to high demand.

About 300,000 GEL has already been spent on the construction of a new family hotel. In addition, they submitted the project to "Enterprise Georgia" program.

"We mainly host foreign guests from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany. We have 100% occupancy, there are so many vacationers that we distribute guests to neighboring hotels. It is because of the high demand that we made the decision to expand, and now if we can receive 12 people, in the near future, we will be able to host 24 guests in total."
