Duende Hotel Near Lagodekhi National Park is on Sale For $0.5 Million
Spanish businessmen plan to sell Duende hotel for USD 500,000 nearby Lagodekhi National Park The hotel borders on Lagodekhi National Park and the river Ninoskhevi.
As noted by Duende hotel founders Alejandro Palomar and Nikol Barton, they have decided to sell this hotel because of family members.
“The current situation of our family has made us take this decision. We have to leave Georgia because our family members need our support in Spain”, Nikol Barton noted. The complex comprises 6 wooden huts on 6,500 square meters in subtropical woodland, with an outdoor hot Jacuzzi, and a restaurant, studio room for the hotel manager. The Spanish couple launched the business in Georgia in 2014. For 3 years they have managed the hotel successfully. Both domestic and foreign visitors had much interest in the hotel, but amid the pandemic, the hotel had top host only domestic visitors. “We are grateful to domestic tourists because thanks to them the hotel continues development and hosting visitors even today”, Nikol Barton noted. Duende hotel will resume the reception of visitors starting March 5.
